Vodocentrum - W a M, s.r.o. has been operating on the Czech market since 1992 and is wholly Czech owned. We are among the top sellers of plumbing and heating hardware in the Karlovy Vary region. We specialise in the wholesale and retail sale of mains water, heating and gas materials including bathroom fixtures. We offer a portfolio of fully-guaranteed quality local and imported products. We also guarantee to supply plumbing and heating materials, equipment and systems of the highest quality. We are members of the plumbing, heating, gas and air-conditioning branch of the Association of Specialist Wholesalers (Asociace odborných velkoobchodů (AOV)).

We are based in Karlovy Vary, on Fričova street, where our main sales site is located, including an extensive central store with thousands of products from our range. You can also visit our 400 m2 bathroom studio with a selection of many of our luxury and standard bathrooms. We have three more specialised branches in the Karlovy Vary region. The first is in Karlovy Vary - Stará Role, where we have a fireplace studio with a wide selection of fireplaces, stoves and boilers. You can also purchase here a wide selection of pumps, including spare parts and servicing. The other branches are in Mariánské Lázně and Sokolov where you are able to visit our bathroom studios.

We provide a comprehensive range of products and professionally trained employees who are always happy to advise you. We are able to provide all our customers with a wide range of products from standard lines to products satisfying even the most demanding of customers. We also offer a range of additional services, such as products made-to-order, special repayment and finance options, delivery and advisory services.

We are professionals - and that's why we offer you a professional advisory service free of charge (legal and technical information, certificates and attestations). We also compile a 3D graphical plan of the design, respecting the individuality and wishes of the customer. Our aim is maximum customer satisfaction and the provision of the highest quality services not only in the supply of our products but also in customer service.

Membership of the Association of Specialist Wholesalers /AOV/

We are member of the Association of Specialist Wholesalers, which was founded in 1993 with the aim of setting up a three-level distribution system of producer (supplier) - specialist wholesaler - assembly service (tradesmen) in building services.

The AOV currently has 39 full members and 49 associate members, is a member of the Czech

Federation of Technical Contractors and the Czech Chamber of Commerce and also of the European Federation of the Sanitary and Heating Wholesale Trade. It ensures that its members provide customers with the highest quality of services and provide, together with the manufacturer, a guarantee of the quality of products sold, implement the latest technologies, products and assembly methods. AOV members actively support training schools.
